4. Full agreement

Vehicle Care Membership · 3-month plan · $100/month · one registered vehicle · two scheduled visits per billing month.

This agreement is between Long Strokes Deep Cleaning (Provider) and the client named above (Client). It covers the vehicle named above and begins on the agreed start date. The selected term and rate apply. Provider approval and signature remain pending.

2. Price and term

Monthly rate. The Client pays the monthly rate for the selected plan option, due in advance on the agreed monthly billing day.

Initial term. The selected plan option sets the initial term. After the initial term ends, the membership continues month to month at the then-current rate until cancelled under Section 10.

Rate lock. The contracted monthly rate is locked for 12 months from the start date.

Payment timing. Payment is due in advance on the agreed monthly billing day. Applicable taxes, if any, are additional.

Late or failed payment. Service and member benefits may be paused until the account is current. A returned-payment fee applies only if disclosed and permitted by law.

3. Routine service schedule

Frequency. The Provider will perform two scheduled services per billing month, normally about 14 days apart. A calendar month with five weeks does not create a third included visit.

Scheduling. Appointments are confirmed in advance. Priority scheduling improves access but does not guarantee a particular day, time, or immediate response.

No rollover. Unused visits do not roll over when the Client cancels, is unavailable, or does not provide access. A visit postponed by the Provider will be rescheduled.

One vehicle. Benefits apply only to the vehicle listed in this agreement. A replacement vehicle must be approved and recorded before service.

4. What routine service includes

Exterior care. Standard body wash, exterior glass and mirrors, wheel-face cleaning, and tire finish.

Interior care. Vacuuming of accessible areas, dashboard and console wipe-down, interior glass, and floor-mat cleaning.

Minor spot care. Reasonable treatment of small, fresh, accessible spots that can be addressed safely within the routine visit. This does not include biological contamination or major stain extraction.

Condition monitoring. A visual check of seats, carpet or floor rug, floor mats, headliner, and trim. The Provider will flag developing stains, wear, leaks, or conditions that may require a paid add-on.

5. Emergency spot-response benefit

While the membership is active and paid, the Client may request priority help between scheduled visits. The included benefit is limited to two qualifying emergency spot-response visits per billing month. It is intended to prevent a fresh incident from becoming worse—not to replace the two scheduled full washes.

Qualifying spill. A fresh accidental food, drink, or similar non-hazardous spill that needs prompt spot cleaning to reduce staining or odor.

Qualifying road-soiling. Exceptional mud or road splash that materially obstructs the windshield, windows, mirrors, lights, or safe use of the vehicle, or leaves an unusually heavy isolated mess.

Response scope. The Provider will target the affected area. A full wash, major stain extraction, odor remediation, or bio-remediation is not included.

Response timing. Requests receive priority, with a response within 24 hours, subject to availability, location, safe working conditions, weather, and access. Immediate or same-day arrival is not guaranteed.

Additional visits. Emergency spot-response visits beyond the two included per billing month are $40 each. Work beyond spot-response scope will be quoted separately before service.

6. Paid add-ons and bio-remediation

The following work is excluded from the monthly price. The Provider will inspect the condition and give the Client a separate price before starting any add-on work.

Always excluded. Blood, vomit, human or animal urine, cat urine, dog feces, other bodily fluids, or biological contamination is always a paid add-on—even when reported as an emergency call-out.

Major or excessive stains. A large, set-in, widespread, or difficult seat, carpet, floor-rug, or headliner stain is a paid add-on when focused treatment is expected to require more than 60 minutes.

Minor spots remain included. Small, fresh, accessible non-biohazard spots that can be treated safely during a routine visit remain part of the membership.

Safety and approval. The Client must identify the substance when known. The Provider may decline unsafe work. The final price is confirmed after inspection and must be approved before work begins.

* Seat cleaning starts at $99. The final price may vary based on the condition of the seats and the work required after inspection.

Any add-on requires a separate price and the Client’s approval before work begins.

7. Client responsibilities

Access. Provide the vehicle, keys when needed, legal permission to service it, and a safe service location at the agreed time.

Belongings. Remove valuables, cash, documents, fragile items, and loose personal property before service. The Provider is not responsible for items left unsecured or hidden in the vehicle, except where the law provides otherwise.

Disclosure. Tell the Provider about damaged materials, loose trim, electrical faults, tint defects, leaks, prior repairs, sensitive finishes, stains, odors, or contamination before work begins. Identify any biological substance when known.

Prompt notice. Report an emergency spill as soon as reasonably possible and explain what was spilled. Delays can make stains or damage permanent.

Water and power. The arrangement selected above applies; any change must be agreed in writing.

8. Service conditions and care standard

Weather and safety. The Provider may postpone work because of rain, severe weather, unsafe conditions, equipment failure, or access problems and will offer a replacement appointment.

Reasonable care. The Provider will use reasonable professional care and products appropriate to the disclosed vehicle condition. Some stains, odors, scratches, fading, wear, or pre-existing damage may not be removable.

Pre-existing condition. The Provider may photograph visible condition before and after service for quality and damage documentation. Images will be used only for service records unless the Client separately authorizes marketing use.

9. Appointments, changes, and missed service

Client changes. Give at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule when reasonably possible. A cancellation or lack of access with less than 24 hours’ notice is treated as a used (forfeited) visit.

Provider changes. If the Provider cannot perform a scheduled visit, it will be rescheduled without loss of that visit.

Arrival window. Traffic, route order, weather, and earlier jobs may affect arrival. The Provider will communicate material delays when practical.

10. Cancellation and renewal

During the initial term. The agreement runs for the selected initial term. If the Client ends it early without a Provider breach, a $100 early-exit fee applies. This amount is waived where required by law or when the Provider agrees otherwise in writing.

After the selected initial term. The membership renews month to month. Either party may cancel with 30 days’ written notice. The Client remains responsible for charges already due and services already performed.

Provider termination. The Provider may pause or end service for nonpayment, abusive conduct, unsafe conditions, repeated lack of access, or requests outside the agreed scope.

11. Damage concerns and limitation

The Client must report a service-related damage concern promptly and, where practical, within 48 hours of discovering it. The Provider must be given a reasonable opportunity to inspect. The Provider is responsible for direct damage caused by its failure to use reasonable care, subject to applicable law. The Provider is not responsible for ordinary wear, hidden defects, manufacturer failures, pre-existing damage, or damage caused by undisclosed conditions.

12. General terms

Changes. Any change to price, vehicle, scope, or special arrangement must be recorded in writing and accepted by both parties.

Notices. Routine notices may be sent by the contact methods listed in this agreement. Formal cancellation should be sent in writing and acknowledged.

Governing law. The applicable law will be confirmed in writing by both parties before provider approval.

Entire agreement. This document and any signed addendum contain the full membership agreement. If one term is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply.

13. Pre-existing conditions, terms & liability

Pre-existing conditions. Long Strokes Deep Cleaning is not responsible for any pre-existing or underlying condition of the vehicle, including but not limited to: chipped, peeling, cracked, or faded paint; scratches; scuffs; dents; dings; rust or corrosion; oxidation; prior bodywork, paint repairs, or touch-ups; damaged trim, moldings, emblems, or weather-stripping; and any other damage or wear present before service.

Cosmetic service only. Wash plan services are cosmetic cleaning services. They do not include paint correction, scratch or chip repair, dent removal, or mechanical/body work unless expressly agreed in writing as a separate, separately priced service.

Condition note. Long Strokes may note visible pre-existing damage at the start of service. The absence of a written condition note does not make Long Strokes liable for any pre-existing or underlying condition.

Normal wash process. Long Strokes is not liable for the worsening, loosening, or exposure of a pre-existing condition through the normal wash process (for example, already-loose paint flakes or chips dislodging during a standard wash).

Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Long Strokes Deep Cleaning’s total liability for any claim arising from a service visit is limited to the amount paid for that visit. Long Strokes is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

5. Acceptance & signature
